We take great care in shipping our wreaths to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Your wreath will be shipped free of charge in a large box secured with zip ties to prevent it from moving and getting damaged during transit. Please cut the zip ties from the box to avoid any damage to the wreath when removing it.

❤️ RETURN POLICY:

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. However, for wreaths specifically, we have a strict return policy in place. Wreaths can only be returned if they have NOT been removed from their original box and the zip ties remain intact. Additionally, returns must be insured for the total cost and received within seven business days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
