Refund policy

At Suzie Q Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your wreath for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

- Returns are accepted only if the wreath is still in its original packaging.

- We securely package our wreaths with zip ties to prevent damage during shipping. Once these zip ties are removed, we cannot accept returns.

- To receive a full refund, the wreath must be returned in the same condition that it was received.

- Shipping fees paid for the original purchase will be deducted from the return.

- The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the wreath.
