We carefully secure each item within the box using zip ties to prevent any damage during transit. Additionally, we use sturdy boxes and packaging materials to provide extra protection.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase, and shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily track your package.

If you would like to reuse the box for storage, we encourage you to do so. We take sustainability seriously and believe in repurposing materials whenever possible.

Please note that shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always here to help!

Return Policy:

At Suzie Q Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your wreath, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, to ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following in mind:

• Returns are accepted only if the wreath has not been removed from its original packaging.
• We securely package our wreaths with zip ties to prevent any damage during shipment. Once the zip ties are removed, we cannot accept returns.
• To receive a full refund, the wreath must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
