Shipping Policy: Your wreath will ship out in a large box secured by zip ties to prevent it from moving and getting damaged during transit.

Return Policy: At Suzie Q Gifts, we understand customers may need to return their wreaths. However, returns are ONLY accepted if the wreath is NOT removed from the box. We secure our wreaths in the box with zip ties to prevent them from moving during shipment. Once the zip ties are removed, returns will not be accepted. To receive a full refund, the wreath must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Care Instructions
